Work starts on $100 million resort in Da Nang

Indochina Capital, a leading financial services firm, started Wednesday work on a high-end resort in the central city of Da Nang with a total investment of US$100 million.

The 20-hectare Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort & Spa, located in the Ngu Hanh Son District, incorporates a resort, a 500-squaremeter conference center, and apartments and villas with a total of 400 rooms. Set for completion in 2010, the Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort & Spa will be managed and operated by the Global Hyatt Corporation, one of the world's top operators of full-service luxury hotels and resorts with more than 750 locations in 45 countries. The resort complex is the corporation's second investment in Vietnam after the Park Hyatt Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. Reported by Huu Tra
